Hello, I am currently a Master’s student of applied mathematics at Masaryk University, Brno. When I’m not studying or working, I like to take care of my aquarium, play fantasy TTRPGs with friends, selfhost everything with NixOS and drink coffee!
My research interests include data-driven methods for the discovery of dynamical systems from data capturing real-life phenomena, including, but not limited to, optimization techniques, machine learning and statistical methods. Moreover, I am interested in neuroscience and meteorological models with computations implemented in Julia programming language
